Alumnus of the Year
The Hinds Community College Alumnus of the Year award is given each year to honor an alumnus of Hinds who has distinguished himself/herself by making significant contributions to his community, state or country. Alumni Service Award
The Hinds Community College Alumni Service Award is given each year to honor an individual, group or organization that has made substantial, outstanding and consistent contribution to Hinds Community College through tangible or intangible gifts or deeds. Young Alumnus of the Year
The Young Alumnus of the Year recognizes an alumnus of Hinds, under the age of 40, who has attained significant professional, personal or community success.
Foundation/Alumni Hall of Fame Award
The Foundation/Alumni Hall of Fame Award recognizes someone who has demonstrated over an extended period of time genuine interest and support of Hinds Community College. The recipient does not have to be an alumnus of the College. This award is the highest honor presented by the Foundation and Alumni Association and will not necessarily be given annually.
Sports Hall of Fame
The Hinds Community College Sports Hall of Fame was organized to recognize former athletes and coaches who made major contributions to inter-collegiate athletics while attending Hinds Community College, and continued their accomplishments after leaving Hinds.
