Dr. Ray Morgigno (1991), retired Pearl Public School District Superintendent, is currently serving as the Interim State Superintendent of Education while the State Board of Education searches for a permanent replacement. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Delta State University, his master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of Mississippi and his doctorate in educational administration from Mississippi State University.
