As a Raymond kid, Judd Moss (1981) was very much in touch with Hinds Community College. After graduating from Raymond High School, he began his college studies in summer 1979, taking some freshman classes and working on campus at his first student worker job in the Maintenance Department.

Ronnie Richardson
As a Byram High School graduate, Ronnie Richardson wanted to continue his education but also play football. He found his opportunity at Hinds Community College where he played tight end and guard in 1984 and 1985.
Dr. Jesse J. Killingsworth Sr.
Dr. Jesse J. Killingsworth Sr. retired from Hinds Community College after a 35-year career on the Utica Campus but he is still continuing to serve, now as a member of the Hinds Community College Foundation Board of Directors.

Percy Thornton, owner of Southern States Utility Trailer Sales, didn’t attend Hinds Community College after serving a stint in the military, but he has become a devoted admirer of the college.
