Joe Loviza (1960) has been named a 2023 Mississippi State University Alumni Fellow. Loviza is a longtime supporter of MSU and the College of Education where he earned three degrees. He was the first dean and director of the Vicksburg-Warren Campus, serving Hinds for 20 years.
