Jack Gibson Moss (1975) passed away on October 12th. Moss was the longtime vice president of the Hinds Community College Alumni Association. He graduated from Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi School of Law. After graduation, Moss lived and practiced law in Raymond, also serving as an alderman for the town of Raymond for 26 years. Many of his family members also attended Hinds, including his father, Judge Joe G. Moss, for whom the baseball field is named. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Jack G. Moss Memorial Scholarship.
