About
The Faculty/Staff Alumni Chapter at Hinds Community College is a close-knit group of faculty, staff, and retirees who share more than just a workplace. They share a commitment to each other and to the students they serve. At Hinds, employees aren’t just employees. They are family, working together to create an environment where students can thrive.
In 1996, this spirit of community inspired the creation of the Heritage Scholarship Program. Through this program, children and grandchildren of full-time faculty and staff who participate in the Heritage Program can receive tuition assistance, helping the next generation continue their educational journey at Hinds.
